The Colors of Ordinary Days!

Stones and leaves. Shells from the sea. What could be more beautiful? More peaceful or harmonious? The charms of ordinary days are many & multi-layered. Vast and varied shades of gold greet us at dawn while rose-hued skies bid us goodnight at evening time. From morning sun to midnight moons, we are blessed with the splendor, drama and stories of color. Like radiant jewels these ordinary charms grace each day to light and brighten our way, inspire our creative spirits, and teach us to cherish the beauty of our earth.

  2. I just found your blog through Tammy at "Tammy's Sweet Life". I love it. I will have to go back and catch up with your older posts. I love Shelties also. We use to raise them years ago. My little one 'Sassy' passed away a few months ago. She was 12 years old. She was my baby. I'm on the look out for another one. A puppy. They are hard to find around here. Come visit me sometimes.

    Hugs,

  3. Dear Sweet Coralie...

I love anything that comes from God's beautiful earth. Living in Oklahoma is such a change from my southern Cali homeland. I miss the seashore and I terribly miss the gorgeous mountains. But, Oklahoma DOES have wonderful lakes and valleys if only one will take the time to look. The state is loaded with many things that are pleasing to both the eye and the heart.

My hubby left before daybreak yesterday for TN to minister to my sister and her hubby who recently suffered a stroke. He called me on the way and described the trees and colorful foliage in Arkansas... How can anyone not believe in God...Creator of all living things?

I love your bloggies...they inspire me!

    Love, Rebecca
