I was going to ask who is the artist and then I read Janine's comment ;-) Very interesting painting which I've never seen before.
Oh yes! It is "The Bride and Groom of the Eiffel Tower" by Marc Chagall! Janine, I'm so glad you mentioned that as I'd forgotten to post the artist's name! Wonderful work of art!
