    I think I've told you before that Betsy Belle looks like my husband's dog growing up, Lady. She was so smart she could go get things for him from other rooms.

    What a spectacular dog you have. As a young nurse back in New Orleans, I had a black collie. I was head nurse on a psychiatric unit for nuns, back in the day when the religious still wore habits. The hospital director allowed me to bring my dog to wrk wih me and Snoopy loved all the nuns. Forever after, wherever we moved, he would always go crazy when he saw a nun in a habit!

    What a beautiful, beautiful friend!

    For some reason the title of your post reminds me of an old song. I googled it but nothing showed up. It's just floating around in my brain, though. (I guess there's probably a little too much empty space in there - ha!)
