  1. I have never seen this lullabye in musical form. It is always so interesting to see the sheet music of songs we take for granted. We know it as Brahm's Lullabye, but he titled it Cradle Song. Learn something new everyday!

  2. How sweet...

Sheet music always reminds me of my mom and sitting at the piano next to her...

  3. What a great old piece of music! It's been years since I've enjoyed my aunt playing at the piano. Mine is here. http://edenhills.wordpress.com/2012/06/06/cute-calf/

  7. I'm glad you posted this. I didn't know all the words and used to make up some of my own when I sang it to my kids when they were little!

  9. Lovely song and lovely sheet music. I, too, didn't know all the words and made them up as I was singing to my babe.

  10. How timely, as I reminisce about my daughter's childhood and wedding, to see your post and be reminded of the lullaby that I sang to her every night of her childhood.

  11. How old is that sheet music? Is yellowed by age or just to look cool?

    =)
