  6. That's a nice one, 1921 was a few years before everything modern. Wikipedia says it continued until 1957.

  10. Ugh, I remember etudes (not your magazine) -they were the practice excercises to limber up your fingers, and every week I was assigned another set - but it was worth it -it also develops endurance!!
