  3. I never learned to knit and believe me my gram tried so hard to teach me. I think it had something to do with her being right handed and me being left. I think I realized that she gave up on trying to teach me when she bought me a hook rug and basically said there was no way to not be able to do it. It is a shame that none of her grandchildren learned the skills she had in knitting, sewing and crocheting. Each one of us though, has her work throughout our homes.
