Here she is! Our new little girl who came to us yesterday on the 4th of July from Shadowbrook Kennels in Grass Lake, Mich.We're still working on her name! Some of the possibilities so far are:
Cricket, Betsy-Belle, and Birdie! Isn't she a doll!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm in love with her! And of course, I love the name Betsy Belle. I mean you got her on the 4th of July, so Betsy made me think of Betsy Ross instantly and Belle? Well, I love anything with Belle in it!

ReplyDeleteOh Coralie - I am so happy for you. This little sweetheart will bring you a lot of happiness and will fill a few holes in the heart. When I am chosing a name for a dog I imagine what I will sound like on the street if I am calling her. A hypenated name can sometimes stick in your throat if you are trying to get her attention. I like the name Cricket best of the three but I can see that I am outnumbered as usual. The name you chose will fit your family and lifestyle. IF you are trying to fit with the fourth of July, you could use something like Flame or Cracker or Betsy.
