this is so cute. Gosh! i totally forgot about playing with paper dolls i don't think i see these anymore. thanks for your monnent re my nose issue it's better but i hate that knot have a good day.
Oh how I LOVED paper dolls when I was a child! :) I had to go all the way to Amish Country to find any for my little girls because they are not exactly in style now. It is so sad that the simple toys and playthings are out of fashion because they required imagination and were so much fun!
I have always loved paper dolls. My twin and I played with them as kids and I introduced them to my daughters and granddaughter. Thanks for sharing Elaine
Has any one seen my scissors? "Jayne" and her stylish togs are the cats! Thank you so much for making her availavle. After dress-uo, Miss Jayne will definitely find a home in my Treasure Drawer!
How sweet that is! I emailed it to my Mother, who babysits a little five year old great niece, she loves to teach her "old ways". :) Thank you! Don't you love the juxtaposition there? Somebody, a great many years ago, designed it . . . someone else carefully saved it . . .You found it and scanned it, maybe even edited it . . . I copied, enlarged, pasted {all of our work electronic and virtual} then emailed it to a 75 year old lady who will print it, cut it out . . . and teach a 5 year old girl how to play with it. It's kinda wonderful. A new sort of circle of life. . .
G'day sweet Coralie ~ Oh, golly day! What a beauty the paper doll ... the hours we would spend on the front porch or stair well (in bad weather) playing with these ... we had a ball.
You have the most beautiful treasures ... I'd have a ball at your house just fingering thru them all.
Have a lovely PINK summer's eve ~ TTFN ~ Hugs, Marydon
