Have fun!
I wish I'd lived there then. Well - except for dentistry. And plumbing. I like plumbing. And shorter dresses. I like those now. Hmmmm....why did I want to live there then? Ahhhhh......NO COMPUTERING! :)
ReplyDeleteI think the dresses and home were gorgeous from that time, but I like plumbing too and computers and health care......but I love looking at things from that period! Thank you for the chance to win this piece of vintage goodness!

A very interesting time in your history for sure! I think every generation has something to offer. I am unsure what will be in our future. I love all the pets you have and had in your life. They are so sweet! You always post the best vintage! Hugs Anne

love to see old fashions and what the prices were!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful catalog. I love the little girl's dresses. The styles really haven't changed too much for little ones over the years. My Jessica (will be 30 in August) had a number of cute dresses very similar to these when she was a "wee one". Hope that you are having a beautiful day! ((Hugs))
ReplyDeleteWowzers...wouldn't I LOVE to get my little hands on this! Where in the world did you ever find such a thing?
ReplyDeleteOf course I want to enter. :) Here's my comment:
"YOU ARE SO INSPIRATIONAL and YOU BLESS US ALL!"
Thank you~

The Victoria era is a close second for me behind the mid-20th century as my favourite of all time from a fashion standpoint.
ReplyDeleteThere was so much elegance and grace, allure and skillful tailoring that went into the immortally wonderful looks of those days and I know a catalog like this would provide me with reams of wonderful yesteryear fashion inspiration.
Thank you for holding this giveaway, sweet dear!
Big hugs & joyful Tuesday wishes,
♥ Jessica from Chronically Vintage
