  7. I wonder what a good health guide was in 1923 ! Probably the opposite of a health guide today, lol !

  8. I would love to see what is inside that health guide although most folks from that era worked so hard and had to work hard physical labor. I think that made them very strong because my doctor that I work for sees many elderly folks in farming communities East of us and those folks live into their 80s and 90s with very sound minds! Thank you for sharing. Anne
