Serene Swans Stitched on Cottage Cloth!

Stitched long ago by a lover of embroidery, this swan picture was discovered in a lovely antique shop in Niles, Michigan several years ago. It is heavy in its hand-made frame and perfect for our vintage cottage home. 

It "resides" on a wall of a walkway between the living room and the hall leading to the bedrooms and so we are able to enjoy it every day as we move through life. This simple scene provides peace and serenity throughout the hours. Beautiful!
