About a year ago at a favorite antique mall, I discovered a 1930's scrapbook put together by an art-loving young woman long ago. This is one of the many paintings she cut from a then current art magazine and pasted into her book! Pink-shaded sand on a peaceful beach—so lovely!

I would love to find this beach....move there & have the final paragraph say.... "and they lived happily ever after."

Very pretty. So lovely that the passionate collection of art should find it's way to a kindred spirit. I'm glad you rescued her scrapbook.

Hi Coralie, Happy PINK Saturday! What a beautiful painting. I love those old scrapbooks and remember my mom's well. It is fascinating to see what they found interesting enough to save in a book to treasure again, and again. Have a great weekend, Nan
