This sounds good to me, especially at this time of year when garden tomatoes are in their prime! Delicious! Simple! No fuss! Nutritious! And it makes a great meal for a plain or fancy feast with friends! Try it today! You'll love it!
I had a tomato plant. But it's gone to plant heaven. I seem to have better luck with non-edibles. This year in Texas it's been so hot though that not much has made it through the heat. Brenda
That chicken salad sounds really yummy! I've never had stuffed tomatoes. It sounds wonderful on a hot summer day, when the thought of eating a full meal isn't appetizing!
I miss Mich. in the summer. Every one there takes pride in cooking and it isn't so hot! I was born in Grand Rapids but spent my childhood in the country side by Hemlock. Strawberries tasted like they never do here!
Hi, Coralie, These recipes sound yummy and even better no having to heat up the kitchen with a lot of cooking. I live alone so sounds like something easy and nutritious. I always enjoy my visit with you. Thanks for stopping by and paying me a visit. Have a blessed week. Vicki
Yum! I love fresh tomatoes!

What a coinkydink. I made chicken last night for salad today and I harvested some luscious looking tomatoes. Guess what I'm having for dinner?
