OMG Coralie,
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful this pages is. Truly what a splendid find you received when you found this scrap book. Aren't the bluejays just absolutely devine? The beaver too actually. They made the colors so rich and realistic. Yes a perfect Blue Monday. Thank you for sharing a page of this wonderful find. Just beautiful sweetie. Just beautiful. Country hugs, Sherry
I just love the pictures from your scrapbook! Now I'll take a look at your 50's recipes.

Very beautiful..
ReplyDeleteTo start the week, I am sharing our walk in the park last weekend.
Good morning Coralie! Mr. Beaver and the bluejays sure look nice and plump and ready for winter. Not me!
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday!
Carol
Coralie, that is so cute!
ReplyDeleteLooking at those blue jays, I am wondering if they are about to dive bomb Mr. Beaver like they used to dive bomb my cats! LOL! I have even been dive bombed by a jay. I was walking across campus and got too close to a nest where they were dive bombing all the students. It was like a scene from Hitchcock's "The Birds"!!! LOL! Yet, we all survived to the tell the tale...
Happy Blue Monday!
XO,
Sheila :-)
What a sweet picture, and great antique store find.
ReplyDeleteThe blue jays around here look that big too; they're the size of a dove!
Very sweet -- blue jays are my favorite because they visited in our yard when I was growing up and ruled the roost with their calls. They remind me of home.
ReplyDeleteCoralie,
ReplyDeleteIt‘s nice to meet another Michigan blogger! I enjoy antique shopping and can spend hours looking around at the interesting items. Friends introduced me to Blissfield recently and I can’t wait to return. Happy Blue Monday.
