By springtime, we were doing so well, she put together a program for eight of us girls who sang in harmony for the rest of the school. I can tell you we were pretty excited about the whole event. But mostly we just loved hearing the harmony while we sang.
I can hear us still...our sweet young voices filling the auditorium with melodies from the heart.

I do love old sheet music. My Mother used to have a cabinet full and would play for me to practice my vocal skills. I wish I had been able to keep some of the ones I loved!! Good memories!!! How is your hubby doing??

My husband is doing much better! He will be home in a day or two. He was given too many blood thinners following his open heart surgery but is now healing and feeling much better. There are a few more tests to do. Thanks for your support!
