The book pictured here is from my personal collection and just one of the vintage books I've decided to sell in my etsy shop: VINTAGE COTTAGE HOME. Take a look. You may remember some of the others I have listed as well. All warm with nostaligia! Come visit when you have a moment!
(Today I'm participating in Friday Show & Tell by My Romantic Home!)
Oh Yes...I so remember. We has Mrs. Warner & she also had a pitch pipe. This was in elementary school & then when I got in Jr. HS I sang in the choir.
ReplyDeleteIt was such a big deal to get a new outfit & shoes & have the parents there at night to hear the program!! I can remember my Mom & Grandma sitting there watching. Such wonderful memories.....
Lovely post!!

This book brings back such memories, Coralie. I sang in choirs for many, many years. I vividly remember this kind of hardcover book in elementary school.
