So many gorgeous illustrations in this elementary school science book, "All Around Us" published by Scott, Foresman, and Company - 1944!Of course, being partial to all the furry creatures of the world, I just had to buy this at our favorite antique mall which we attended on Fathers Day. Oh what fun!

You are so good at finding these! My sister found a couple of old school books at a library sale it a small town in Utah last year. I was there but she spied them first. I got to the recipe books first though.
I never used to look at kids books until I started reading your blog.
