After graduation from the University of Michigan, my beautiful granddaughter went on to serve a two-year stint in the Peace Corp in Jordan where she lived in a small mountain village and worked at the women's center. She did an amazing job but we are happy to have her back in the states. Now a graduate student at Johns Hopkins, she is enjoying student life once more! Happy days are here again!

It is so wonderful to have family visit. Our family is so far away it makes it really special for us when they come. My Aunt Shirley is visiting now. And we are having a great time. Stop by when you can. Hugs, Connie

ReplyDeleteHi Coralie,
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice pink Saturday post! Congratulations to your granddaughter and graduate school at Johns Hopkins. How awesome for her being in the Peace Corp., I'm sure you're relieved to have her home.
You are right, we do seem to have a great deal in common. Interesting how we both have similar jobs, similar interests and live in the same state.
Your babies are very sweet! I love shelties!
Thanks for stopping by, I look forward to reading more of your blog!
